De functie laat gebruikers met een Copilot-licentie een persoonlijke Outlook-achtergrond maken. De wijziging is aangekondigd onder <strong>MC1492954<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:21px;line-height:1.4;font-weight:650;\">Wanneer verdwijnt de functie?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De uitfasering start naar verwachting <strong>medio oktober 2026<\/strong> en is volgens de planning <strong>eind oktober 2026<\/strong> afgerond. De wijziging geldt voor de nieuwe Outlook voor Windows, Outlook op het web, Outlook voor Mac, Android en iOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:21px;line-height:1.4;font-weight:650;\">Wat gebeurt er met bestaande thema\u2019s?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>De instelling <strong>Themes by Copilot<\/strong> verdwijnt; nieuwe Copilot-thema\u2019s kunnen daarna niet meer worden gekozen.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Een momenteel toegepast Copilot-thema blijft zichtbaar totdat de gebruiker een ander thema kiest.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Automatisch vernieuwende Copilot-thema\u2019s blijven op hun laatste afbeelding staan en worden niet meer bijgewerkt.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Na overstappen op een ander thema kan de gebruiker niet terugkeren naar het oude Copilot-thema.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:21px;line-height:1.4;font-weight:650;\">Wat moeten gebruikers en beheerders doen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er is <strong>geen beheerdersconfiguratie of migratie<\/strong> nodig. Informeer medewerkers die de functie gebruiken dat een themakeuze na de uitfasering niet kan worden teruggedraaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gebruikers kunnen overstappen op een regulier Outlook-thema via de instellingen voor <strong>Algemeen &gt; Vormgeving<\/strong> (benamingen kunnen per platform verschillen). Een bestaand Copilot-thema bewaren als herbruikbaar thema wordt in de aankondiging niet ondersteund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:21px;line-height:1.4;font-weight:650;\">Impact op Outlook<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze wijziging betreft uitsluitend de visuele personalisatie.
